Social Events Programme 2010 - 2011
Saturday 2nd October - 7.30pm – Dumfries House – Simon Green from the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland will tell the (illustrated) story of the transformation of an Adam Mansion into the splendidly restored Edwardian Country House we see today. - Tickets £10, inclusive of wine/savouries
Friday 5th November – Lord James Douglas-Hamilton speaking on "The Post Election View from the Lords." Lord James is looking forward to being with us again and giving us some insights into this year’s political turbulence in his view from “The Other Place”. Tickets £10, inclusive of wine/savouries
Saturday 27th November – Christmas Coffee Morning and Sale - 10am -12 Noon at the Hall, Quality Street Lane. Bring along family & friends!

Saturday 22nd January 2011 – Annual Burns Supper –Venue TBC, at 7.30pm this usually oversubscribed event, is the most popular in our calendar. Tickets include a glass of wine or whisky and a 3 course meal with coffee, biscuits and cheese, plus entertainment.
